Abraham Lincoln Elementary SchoolWELCOME TO THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR!The PTO would like to welcome all new and returning students and their families to Lincoln! The goal of the Lincoln PTO is to provide each child who attends our school with opportunities that will enhance their learning experience and to support our teachers. We are fortunate to have our wonderful principal, Mr Johnson, and an outstanding team of teachers and staff. A strong, supportive connection between parents and teachers makes Lincoln a very special place where our children can thrive. The PTO funds field trips, assemblies, class parties, and many other events for the students. Throughout the year you will have many opportunities to help the Lincoln PTO to raise the necessary funds for these activities. In this packet you will find important information and materials to get you started. Buffalo Wild Wings Home Team AdvantageDuring the busy holiday season while out shopping or having a meal with friends and family please consider dining at Buffalo Wild Wings. Present the PTO’s Home Team Advantage Card when paying between December 1, 2017, through February 28, 2018, and 10% of the total cost of your check will be donated to the PTO. Please share this card with your friends and family. It can be presented on your mobile device so sharing it is easy.All funds raised by the PTO are used to pay for school assemblies, student parties and events, activities, field trips, supplies for classrooms and so much more throughout the year. Lincoln LoggersIt's not too early to register your child for the Toyota Kids' Marathon to be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018. The race fills up quickly, so don't delay! And even if your child can't run the race on May 5th, he/she can still be part of the Lincoln Loggers, the group of students who run/walk during their recess on Fridays beginning in mid February and going through to May.
